Harley Shanklin understands sacrifice on a deep level. As a former infantry medic, he proudly served his country, and during his first deployment, he was injured and awarded the Purple Heart. This injury didn’t end his military career, however; Harley continued to serve and is now approaching his 20-year anniversary and retirement. While visiting Indianapolis with a friend for the Indianapolis 500, Harley met his future wife. After they married, he left active duty under an early release program, not only to begin his career as a financial advisor but also to provide his family with a more stable life—one that no longer involved deployments to combat zones. He transitioned to the Army Reserve and continued to build his financial services career. Today, Harley works alongside his father-in-law, Dave, and his sister-in-law, Stephanie Ludlow, helping their community secure their financial futures.

Dave Williams

Founder And President

Dave Williams is President and founder of the Indianapolis-based RDW Financial Group. Dave’s passion for wealth management comes from his desire to help clients achieve their life goals. He leverages over 25-years of experience and background in Finance to help create comprehensive financial plans for his clients.

Dave is a graduate of Indiana University with a BS in Finance. For his clients, Dave believes that “Knowledge is Power” which is why his office has a Learning Center where he teaches his clients some of the best ways to help navigate through a successful retirement, with an emphasis on minimizing taxes, creating lifetime income blueprints, and legacy planning. He focuses on risk management and teaches clients how to help manage, control and minimize key risks.

Dave was awarded “Advisor of the Year” by Retirement Advisor Magazine in 2009 (formerly known as Senior Market Advisor Magazine). The Indianapolis Monthly also named him “Five Star Wealth Manager” for overall satisfaction in 2019, 2018, 2017, 2016, 2015, 2014, 2013, 2012, and 2010, an award given to service professionals who provide exceptional service to their clients based on research with peers, advisory firms, regulatory groups and most importantly, consumers.

Stephanie Ludlow

Meeting & Event Manager

Stephanie has been with RDW Financial Group, full time, since April of 2013. She is responsible for scheduling, client relations and organizing the RDW Learning Center events as well as off-site events for clients and the community. Whether it’s booking speakers, making and sending invitations or doing set up or clean up, Stephanie takes care of it all. She has traveled extensively, but, when it came to raising her daughter, she knew Indiana is where she wanted to settle down. Stephanie is a graduate of IUPUI with a major in Tourism, Convention, and Event Management.

Winter Holton

Servicing Team Lead

Winter is responsible for handling all client account servicing and documentation associated with client files. She has been in the customer service industry for over 20 years, for a majority of the time she was a General Manager of a Movie Theatre. She focused on valuing her patrons and inspiring her employees to always provide top notch customer service. After having her son, she realized she wanted to settle down and be more involved in family life. She has worked in other customer service and accounting positions and truly loves being around people. She enjoys being pool side with a good book, watching baseball, movies and having game night with her family.

Jeremy Lanteigne

Jeremy is a trusted advisor at RDW Financial Group, bringing over 8 years of experience in the financial industry. Throughout his career, he has assisted hundreds of families and businesses in achieving and surpassing their financial goals. Recently married to his wife, Jenna, Jeremy enjoys spending his free time in his woodshop, working on projects in his garage, or exploring state parks with Jenna.

Katie Aikman

Director Of First Impressions

Katie is the friendly face (and voice) that greets clients first—whether it’s over the phone or at the front desk.  She keeps things running smoothly by answering calls, scheduling appointments, and making sure everyone who walks through our doors feels welcomed, cared for, and right at home. Katie graduated from the University of Indianapolis with a degree in International Business and a minor in Finance.  Her passion for wellness led her to become a certified Natural Health Professional, blending business smarts with a holistic mindset.

Outside of work, Katie is always up for an adventure—camping, hiking, exploring new coffee shops and restaurants, or hopping on a plane (she’s been to 8 countries and nearly every U.S. state!). When she’s not out exploring, you can find her relaxing with a good book, planning a spa day, or binge-watching the next must-see show. She is here to help, happy to chat, and always ready with a smile.
